Hi Jens I feel grateful and happy to have the opportunity in joining your Bootcamp in Koh Phangan. I loved that we focused on different body parts in every Bootcamp. Moreover, it was you, who made it an unique experience. You truly love what you do—the crew and me felt that. You encouraged me to push my boundaries, kicked my ass when I needed it, but were also sensitive and adjusted the training according to my personal needs. I felt to be in very good hands. Not only my body has changed during the 2-months Bootcamp, but also my mind. I eat more conciously, I get to know my body better and know now that I can go further as I believed in the first place. I read the book and follow the page, as I find it honest and straight to the point to keep it simple to understand food and to be motivated to move! Jens is a legend as he walks the walk and talks the talk in his personal struggle with weight management and it is inspiring to follow him on this journey to not only better himself, but to better everybody!
We have all heard the term, "It's 90% diet and 10% exercise", right? Wrong. Sure, you get out what you put in when it comes to diet and excercise - but there is MORE to it than that. It truely is 100% in your mind. That's where Jens comes in. He helps people 'clear the cache' of the limitations we have 'downloaded' or rather have been conditioned to believe exist.
Jens Beast mode class is pretty hardcore and definitely pushes me to my ultimate limits. He is a great trainer but what sets him aside from other trainers is his mindset and how he can change his clients mindset. At the end of the day that is what it is all about. If your head isn't ready to change your body and life then you can forget about it!. He is great, and if you are ready to change your body Jens is the perfect person to keep your mind focused and help you to reach your goals.
Jens is a good guy with a big Heart. He loves to motivate other People. I know him from the wrestling-club In denmark and if you want to have a different coach with a good personality you have to take him. See you soon my friend 🙂
Jens will motivate you physically mentally. He will get you to your fitness goal, without the bs a lot of other trainers will tell you. You will learn a lot from him!
