How to lose 5 kg in 5 weeks (WEEK 2)

Week 2 is where the fun begins.

Because this week you can actually eat again, but the funny thing thought is, your appetite won’t be the same at all. You feel like you can eat a horse, but as soon as you begin eating your first meal, it’s like you fill up instantly. Your first meal by the way, stay away from fat and oil on the first day, it will f#%k with your stomach real fast, so stay clean with your food!

Okay so what are the rules for week 2?

Well it’s pretty simple, depending on what you want with your body, you either start hitting the gym and doing heavy lifting, this is if you want to start to build a body and get your guns growing. leave a comment or hit me up on facebook and I’ll get you a program to follow. If you want to get lean, then start running, push ups and pull ups, yes it doesn’t take any more! The same applies here, if you need a program made, just get in touch!

Eating rules are pretty simple and goes as follows:

We have YES foods and NO foods. YES foods are vegetables, lentils, chickpeas, beans, nuts before training, fruits and bananas, browns rice, red rice, peanut butter once in a while, avocado and coconut oil for cooking. If you eat meat use chicken and once a week fish, if you want you can also eat eggs for breakfast. If you are vegan, then don’t forget to get some spirulina, D and B vitamins!

NO foods are alcohol, white rice, sugar, milk products, beef, pork, deep fried foods, palm or vegetable oil, pasta, white bread, lard and fats, USE YOUR COMMON SENSE!

Eating Rules: Thursday is Juice day, all day only green juice with apple. Sunday is optional juice day!

Eat BIG for breakfast, medium for lunch and small for dinner.  Use vegetables or juice for snacks!
You also get one cheat meal per week, use it wisely to get your urges in check, for this meal there are NO rules, eat the nastiest s%¤t you want to, and have dessert! I recommend doing it Wednesday as you are juicing Thursday and your body can recover quickly.
