I know it sounds kinda corny, and maybe unbelievable at the same time, but the fact of the matter is, that if you have 5 kg of excess fat on you body, you can lose it in 5 weeks. The key here being that you need to make sure that you actually have 5 kg to spare. I have seen a lot of people try to lose weight, but failing because they don’t need to lose it, what they instead need to do is to go to the gym and start pumpin’ some iron.
So how do you do this stuff, how do you actually lose 5 kilos? Not 5 kilos of water weight and loss of muzzle, but 5 kilos of actual fat? Well let me be honest about this stuff, It’s not easy and it takes a lot of sacrifice. I am really sick of weight loss programs, stating the ‘5 easy steps’ model over and over again. It’s NOT EASY.
So start by waiving goodbye to sugar, steaks, mayonnaise, milk products, wheat, white rice, almost all fats and not to mention sugary drinks like sodas and store bought juices. And say hello to lentils, chickpeas, mung beans, broccoli, kale, spinach, coconut oil, nuts and red rice. Not to mention the fact that the first week of the program is only juicing, yes juicing, but not all that sweet banana, honey and mango juicing, no no no no, I mean green juices full of macro and micro nutrients to get your body to stop producing fat.
So if you are not ready to start making those sacrifices, then don’t even bother with losing weight, just stay you big fat happy self and enjoy ‘the good life’. But if you ARE ready to briefly try and change your patters in order to get the physique you really want, then stay on board this blog, and i will happily give you my secrets and get you back in shape.
But this is all about the beginning, this is week 1, this is ground zero. STEP 1 – take pictures of yourself in your underwear from the side, front and back, even better get somebody to do it for you. Then take a real hard look at those photos and think about the changes you want to make. If you already look like you want the fine, don’t read on, bye bye now.
The rest of you that are still here. Listen up! You CAN have the body you want, but you need to get your mind on board, otherwise you have lost the battle already. So look at those pictures again, are you ready to do something about it? Yeah! Well then let’s get a move on and start getting some progress done!
All you need to do, from the moment you wake up tomorrow, is to only drink juice for the next seven days, a ratio of 2 to 1 in favor of green juices, there is a ton of super nice recipes online, check out reboot with Joe or just google ‘green juice recipes’, fruit juice you can only drink before 4 pm no later. That’s it, that’s all you have to worry about the first week, just drink juice, as much as you like, as long as it is freshly made and no sugar, honey or sweetener added.
Why juice? Because we wan’t to get your body to stop producing fat, it produces fat because the food you eat keeps you in an acidic state, the body the produces fat to protect your organs and bones. Not only that, the fat you eat and the sugars also help that progress. So the juice week, is to stop your body from producing fat.
It also has a bunch of other benefits, you get a ton of micro and macro nutrients, that you couldn’t eat, even if you tried. You are overloading you system with pure goodness, all alkaline stuff, so basically you are giving your stomach and your intestines a rest, you stomach is going to get smaller, you intestines are going to clean themselves out. Also all those cravings you have for sugar and fat will fade away, and that means that when you are done with the juice week, you are going to have a much better time with the rest of the challenge.
Rules for week 1:
*only fresh juice, mostly green juice.
*no sugar, no honey, no coffee, no green and black tea.
*water and herbal teas is allowed.
*stay alive and happy, see it as a challenge, not a diet.
And to all of you out there saying it is better to just make a life change, this IS a life change, this is the beginning, this is the reboot, this is what needs to be done, so you can get on with you life!
