Welcome to the beginners exercise program!

Please start from week one and follow along with the instructions clearly given. 10 weeks from now you will already be further than you ever thought possible before you started. Before each workout, please be sure to  loosen up a bit, shake your arms and wiggle around a bit, none of the exercises are particularly demanding on your joints, but you will be advancing quite fast, so please don't injure yourself.
